Abstract:
Aluminosilicate mesostrutures based on zeolite BEA and MFI seeds (MSU-SBEA and MSU-SMFI) exhibited high hydrothermal stability after severe steaming pretreatment. The mesoporous materials with ordered hexagonal pore structure, pore size about 3nm, BET suface area of 815m2/g and 945m2/g, porous volume of 1.2cm3/g had better characters including hydrothermal stability, strong acidity. The mesoporous materials with high Si/Al ratios were prepared and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, TEM, NH3-TPD, TG-DSC methods. The characters of the MSU-S materials suitable to use as catalysts for biomass pyrolysis at 500oC
