Abstract:
With the progress of science and technology, the equipment of induced polarization method now allows us to obtain the attenuation of voltage versus a series of time window after turning off current transmitted into the earth. However, several companies and unions still use the earliest time window data k(t1) for processing and interpretation in Vietnam. This causes the waste of information that has been observed by the measurement instruments. In order to utilize the overall achieved data, we introduced and tested polarization integration parameter. The results with field data prove the ability to enhance the resolution of the parameter.
