Abstract:

Soil fertility is deteriorated due birth agricultural cultivation activities of human induced and natural factors. The declination fertility in soil is one of main causes for degradation of soil. Currently, there are many methods for identifying and evaluating decline of fertility, but the most commonly and effectively used method is the combination of multi - criteria evaluation (MCE) and GIS. The Results reveals that the soil fertility of the province has not reached the level of severe decline, the area not declined is still large (accounting for 43%). Soil area which have slightly and averagely declined the fertility are 17,12% and 39,87% respectively. In order to utilize effectively and sustainably the existing agricultural lands, it is neccessary to intergrate technical method in process of manufactoring for purpose of improving and maintaining long - term fertility
