Abstract:
Land management practices are posing a problem of inconsistency between the area of the parcel of land in the cadastral file (legal area) and the area of re-measurement or adjustment. The land plot after adjustment has all the errors, so it is necessary to have regulations on the accuracy of the area after measurement changes compared with the area on the original map (or legal area), to ensure the inspection quality and as a basis for interpretation and delivery of land with land users. In this article, it is proposed that the permissible error between the rectangular area and the area in the cadastral file be proposed.
