Abstract:

Checking the quality of network is mandatory in the process of establishing GPS control network. The paper introduced a method of checking the reliability of GPS control network using the supplemental observations (horizontal distances measured by total station) based on the theory of horizontal distance reduced. After checking and estimating the quality of the network, the supplemental observations will be used to combinative adjustment with GPS observations (just confident observations) to improve the accuracy of the network
