Abstract:

The paper presents the results of the study into the effects of grinding fines and bentonite dosage on the compressive strength, drop strength, cracking temperature and water retention of the green balls. The study has identified the optimal grinding fines that is 48% level particle size -0,074mm. With the optimal grinding fines continue study bentonite dosage, The study has identified the optimal bentonite dosage that is 1,3%, obtained quality green balls, So it can meet of metallurgical technology.
