Abstract:

The thickness, composition (saline, alkaline, organic, ...) and physical - mechanical properties of soft soil amQ22-3 change are complex and affect the choice of ground improvement.Variation in the region, composition and physico - mechanical properties of soft soil amQ22-3 in the Mekong Delta coastal provinces are typical of 2 types and 5 sub - types background structures. This is a scientific basis to propose the method of ground improvement for road construction. Combined with the predicted results of the time of consolidation, the secondary settlement, the height of embankment of the roadbed stability in this area, has proposed the method of ground improvements for road construction on soft soil amQ22-3 in the Mekong Delta coastal province.
