Abstract:

At any classification tables are often based on particular criterias which are emited for the purposes of classification. The mineral deposits classification is also got the purpose of managed process easier than, and bearing-scientific, technology and environment, etc. A potential method in mining license is devised mine groups what based on criteria of setting prices on them. Based on consult the classification tables of mine groups of Vietnam and other, and grasp thoroughly the Vietnam 2010 Mineral Law, the paper point to the essential criteria division of mine groups what for basis to set a price on mining license and applying for particular region of Vietnam (Tuyen Quang province). They are economic-society conditions, mineral resource, mineral purposes, exploited methods, and marked requirement of mineral price. Results of the research are going to apply in whole area of Vietnam and also takes part in correction of the mineral reserves policy and exploited technology of the country
