Nowadays, maritime positioning measurements mostly utilize DGPS technology. However, DGPS positioning lacks accuracy due to many factors. This paper proposes the method for improvement of accuracy of positioning with DGPS technology and introduces software post-processing method with Terrapos 1.34, along with field test results in Van Don, Quang Ninh
