Abstract:

Coastal area of Thanh Hoa province is the area of high density of inhabitant, playing a crucial role in the socio-economical development of Thanh Hoa. The increasing demand of water of this area requires a total research on quality and reserve of water resources providing to domestic and productive purposes. The author’s results show that groundwater resources in coastal area has been locally polluted in organic compounds (Nitrate, Nitrite) and some heavy metals (Mn, Pb, Cd, Hg). On the basic of water environment status, the authors suggested some ideas to minimize environment pollution and recommend the oriental way to rational using water resource to serve sustainable socio-economical development of coastal area of Thanh Hoa province.
